About Us
Baton Rouge is a renowned and award-winning cocktail bar in the heart of Madrid. Our passion, which became our job, led us to open this fantastic cocktail bar in 2017. It offers a large selection of more than 250 spirits and liqueurs of all categories. Baton Rouge also offers a very varied menu of food to have a great time.
All of this enlivened with a fantastic selection of music.
Our guests can enjoy either at our 20 feet bar counter, at our cozy coaches on the ground floor or upstairs at the mezzanine.

Our Story
Founder Diego Gonzalez, came back to Madrid in 2007 after being 10 years abroad. He felt that there was a great need of proper cocktail bars in town. After 10 years of his return, a few great cocktail bars opened since but he still had in mind opening his own. It is in 2017 when he finally got to open Baton Rouge. An american style cocktail bar that offers great well-executed classics and signature cocktails.
Baton Rouge adds up to the cocktail bar scene something different and right at the heart of the city. Good hosts, amazing food & beverage, great service, fantastic background music and a superb design it´s what you find when entering the door.
